Our service to Employers
Essex Connexions service offers a free high quality recruitment and selection service.
Our advisers ensure that your vacancy is advertised to young people through our network of Connexions Centres, schools, colleges and our website.
We will be offering two approaches to our service:
- Direct application via a CV from a young person using our online CV builder - for those employers who are happy to screen their own applications.
- Job matching service - by matching and short-listing clients to your requirements, we will make sure that you get the right person for the job. A young person interested in a vacancy would be invited to their nearest Connexion Centre for a confidential interview. A young person will be interviewed to assess their skills and abilities before an application would be made.

To register your vacancy please complete and return our Vacancy Registration Form. One of our advisers will contact you to discuss in more detail.
Our service to young people
We offer a placing service to young people who have left school or college and are looking for work. Our Connexions Centres help young people with a range of qualifications, abilities and skills to secure local employment and training.
