Through Apprenticeships young people can receive a combination of on and off the job training.  A young person will work with your staff and learn through a local learning provider (possibly on day release).

By offering an Apprenticeship you will find it easier to recruit and retain young people. More and more employers are investing in Apprenticeship schemes to acquire and develop a specialist skilled workforce.
